OrganizationBorutoEida

Every living being falls in love with her — except the one she loves. Created by Amado from the DNA of Shibai Otsutsuki, Eida is not an Otsutsuki by birth but a cyborg endowed with Omnipotence, and with a Senrigan that sees far beyond her charm. Two categories escape her: blood relatives, like her brother Daemon, and Karma bearers. Then comes her most consequential act: the identity swap between Boruto and Kawaki.

A woman every living being falls in love with — except the one she loves. Eida is one of the keys to Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, the cyborg who upended the fate of two boys. Here is Omnipotence.

Amado's Cyborg

Eida is a cyborg designed by the scientist Amado, from the DNA of Shibai Otsutsuki — the Otsutsuki "turned god" whose remains Amado recovered. She is the older sister of Daemon, another of his cyborgs.

Crucial point: she is not an Otsutsuki by blood. That is why she does not really control her power, which she activates subconsciously.

Omnipotence and the Universal Charm

Her main power,Omnipotence, is a Shinjutsu that grants its bearer's deepest desire — to the point of rewriting reality and memories on a global scale.

The famous love charm — every living being who perceives her falls irresistibly in love with her — is only its subconscious manifestation: the expression of her own desire to be loved.

The Senrigan, Her True Omniscience

Omnipotence should not be confused with her second power, the Senrigan, housed in her left eye. That is her near-omniscience: she perceives everything happening in the present, everywhere, and every past event since her birth.

But this Senrigan has its limits: not the future, not what came before her birth, not the spiritual plane, and not a target made physically imperceptible — like Kawaki shrinking to a microscopic size.

Who Escapes Her Power

Eida herself names two categories of hearts her charm cannot steal: her blood relatives (her brother Daemon) and the Otsutsuki or bearers of their cells — so Boruto and Kawaki, almost entirely "Otsutsuki-fied" by the Karma.

Beyond these cases, Sarada and Sumire escape it too — an anomaly long left unexplained, which the story has since attributed to Eida's own unconscious wish. Since Kawaki is immune to her charm, the love she feels for him is not returned — and it is precisely a "true" love that she is looking for.

The Identity Swap

Her heaviest act comes at the end of the first part of Boruto. Her Omnipotence, activated subconsciously and channeled by Kawaki's wish, swaps their identities: the whole world now takes Kawaki for the son of Naruto, and Boruto for a traitor.

Momoshiki specifies that the effect is permanent: killing Eida would not undo it. It is this "inverted world" that serves as the starting point for Two Blue Vortex, a work still ongoing.

Summary Table

Siblings Older sister of Daemon, Amado's combat cyborg (automatic reflection of attacks), himself immune to the charm as a blood relative.
Immunity & love Charm has no effect on blood relatives (Daemon) or Karma bearers (Boruto, Kawaki); anomalies long left unexplained (Sarada, Sumire), since attributed to Eida's own unconscious wish. Kawaki being immune, Eida's love for him is not returned.
Role in Two Blue Vortex Her Omnipotence (subconscious, guided by Kawaki's wish) swapped the Boruto/Kawaki identities at the end of Part 1; Momoshiki calls the effect permanent. This "inverted world" opens Part 2 — series ongoing.

FAQ

  • What is the difference between Eida's Omnipotence and her Senrigan?
They are two distinct Shinjutsu. Omnipotence grants the deepest desire: it can rewrite reality and memories on a global scale, and the universal love charm is its subconscious manifestation. The Senrigan is a power of perception, in her left eye: she sees the entire present and the past since her birth — but not the future, not before her birth, not the spiritual plane. Eida's near-omniscience is the Senrigan, not Omnipotence.
  • Why does Eida love Kawaki when he does not love her?
Kawaki, a bearer of Otsutsuki cells through the Karma, is one of the few immune to her charm. Since almost everyone falls artificially in love with her, Eida is looking for a true love that her power cannot manufacture — hence her attraction to one of the only people she cannot charm, and who does not return her feelings.
  • Did Eida really cause the Boruto / Kawaki identity swap?
Yes. Her Omnipotence, activated subconsciously and channeled by Kawaki's wish, rewrote the world's memories: Kawaki now passes for the Seventh Hokage's son and Boruto for the traitor who murdered Naruto. That is the state of the world at the end of Part 1 and the starting point of Two Blue Vortex. Momoshiki specifies that the effect is permanent.
  • Who is immune to Eida's power?
Eida herself names two categories her charm cannot reach: blood relatives (her brother Daemon) and the Otsutsuki or bearers of their cells (Boruto and Kawaki, through the Karma). Beyond these cases, Sarada and Sumire escape it too — an anomaly long left unexplained, which the story has since attributed to Eida's own unconscious wish.
  • Should Eida and Delta be confused?
No. Delta is another of Amado's cyborgs, specialized in combat, an Inner member of Kara. Eida is the cyborg with Omnipotence and the Senrigan. They are two different characters, never to be merged.

In summary

Eida is a rare kind of antagonist: her greatest weapon is love, and so is her greatest flaw. By rewriting the world with a single unconscious desire, she tipped the whole new generation — proof that, in Boruto, the threat no longer comes from fists, but from hearts.
